On January 25, 2018, an Ionia county jury acquitted Bradley Kihn on five counts of Criminal Sexual Conduct (CSC). Mr. Kihn was charged with one count of CSC 1st degree, carrying a mandatory minimum of 25 years in prison if convicted. He faced four additional counts of CSC 2nd degree, which carried up to 15 years in prison for each count.
Mr. O’Keefe was relentless to the prosecution, and worked tirelessly to ensure that his innocent client was exonerated. After the case had been pending for over 14 months, Mr. Kihn was vindicated by a jury of his peers.
